This was sent to me by an old high school chum (he's old, I'm not).  To quote Toby Keith:  "I'm not as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was!"  With that caveat having been noted, 26+ years in real estate have certainly kept me flexible mentally. Be sure to watch the whole thing.
