Like just about everyone else in the country, I've been inundated with "bad" news about the real estate market. Seems like every time I watch the news or read the paper, one of the lead stories is about how scary the real estate market is right now.

Sure, it's not the market it was a few years ago, it's also not the market it was last year. That's the beauty of real estate, it's always changing and the best agents know how to roll with the changes and help people through the good and not-so-good times.

Well, I've decided to turn it off. I am blessed to be in one of the most beautiful places in our country--Wrightsville Beach, NC -- doing a job that I not only love, but am actually quite good at! There is just no way that I can buy into the media’s hype of doom and gloom -- not when I look out at the Atlantic Ocean and hear the crashing of the waves, the laughter of children and feel the sand between my toes.

So, I have to ask; are you ready to find out why "Everything's better at the beach . . ."?
