The median list price in Virginia is really jumping! We have traced our pricing back to January 2008 levels—pricing not seen in a year and a half! The demographics speak for themselves.
Why are we seeing this jump in prices? A look at our Month’s Supply of homes shows we are down to a 2.6 month’s supply. Translated: This is a Seller’s market! Limited Inventory causes a price increase; simple rule of supply and demand. Properly priced homes are selling.
